The staff here was super nice and always greeted me with a smile, and they made sure to take care of any issues I had. 😊

Very good value for money. Excellent cleanliness. Huge family room - modern, comfortable, bright. Food very good (dinner and breakfast) even though we do not eat meat (usually very difficult in France).Children treated kindly by staff.

We drove past the hotel twice before eventually spotting it - binoculars would have been useful! (It's hidden behind another hotel, down a track leading off a busy main road). Nevertheless very good value and a good experience once we found it!

I had a great time at this place, the location was amazing and the staff were fantastic and friendly 24/7.

Rooms were clean and functional. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast area spacious with lots of food and good choice. Great for family of different ages. We ranged 4 to 80 years. All were happy.

Would live to have had a small kettle and some tea/ coffee sachets in the room for late arrival. Would like to have been reminded that late arrivals can be facilitated or to be reminded that reception is closed at a certain time. Traveling in our country we would not expect to find reception closed anytime during the evening / night.

The hotel was clean and seemed new. The bed was comfy and the rooms were ok

When we arrived, the gate was locked and no way to contact anyone. When we got in, we had to ring for someone to come from offsite to open the hotel and check us in. They then tried to charge us the wrong rate. The bathroom is very small. The hotel is difficult to find. That said, the stay was fine.

We spent one night at this place, which has a modern and standard look, located perfectly in a retail park, with friendly staff.

Parking was good and secure.The beds were comfortable.

Although listed as having WiFi they did not have it and the reason they gave as to not having it differed as to which staf I talked to.

Clean and covenient to the route from the Languedoc to Calais.

The restaurant was not open on the weekend. Breakfast was served too late and there were no reception staff available during the evening or night. The room was clean, but the en suite facilities were ridiculously cramped.

The triple room here comes with a cozy bed and all the essential facilities you could ask for.

The manager was excellent. Very helpful giving us a room to park all the bikes, giving us a lift into town to save on taxis and arranging for taxis to bring us back. The hotel was normally shut on a sunday so he had to come out and let us in.

The rooms were small and the bathroom cramped A little way out of town and surrounded by businesses so nothing in the lcoal area to speak of. However, for the money this was good value and staff very helpful.

Ideal hotel, clean, employees are fantastic, and location is magnificent on a retail park near it. The breakfast is perfect and marvellous, available with freshly squeezed orange juice and fabulous value.

This hotel is very clean and has a comfortable bed, making it a great choice in the area.

We had a good overnight stay.It was convenient for our cycle ride to Paris,It had everything we needed.The staff were very helpful and friendly.Good meal in the resturaunt.tricky to find but a tip is to follow the signs for Orleans.
